Diese Ger\u00e4te, die zwei Verbindungspunkte haben, von denen einer den Einlass des Fluids zum Fluidauslass gibt, werden im Markt auch als \u201eEinwegventile\u201c oder \u201eR\u00fcckschlagventile\u201c bezeichnet, da sie den Durchgang des Fluids erm\u00f6glichen Fl\u00fcssigkeit in eine Richtung. Damit R\u00fcckschlagventile funktionieren, ist eine Druckdifferenz zwischen Fl\u00fcssigkeitseinlass und -auslass erforderlich. Damit das R\u00fcckschlagventil flie\u00dfen kann, muss der Druck am Einlass gr\u00f6\u00dfer sein als am Auslass. Das R\u00fcckschlagventil schlie\u00dft, wenn der Druck auf der Ausgangsseite gr\u00f6\u00dfer als der Eingangsdruck ist. R\u00fcckschlagventile haben unterschiedliche Schlie\u00dfmechanismen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ventilen ben\u00f6tigen sie keine Hilfsenergien (Handschalter, elektrische oder pneumatische Antriebe) zum Schlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fcckschlagventile werden in Anwendungen bevorzugt, in denen R\u00fcckfluss Probleme verursacht (Verhinderung des R\u00fcckflusses von Abwasser, m\u00f6gliche Besch\u00e4digung einer Ausr\u00fcstung, Umkehrosmoseanwendungen usw.).<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Grund, warum R\u00fcckschlagventile bevorzugt werden, ist, dass sie billig und leicht verf\u00fcgbar sind. Es ist ein Regalprodukt und generell auf Lager zu finden.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Funktionsprinzip_des_geflanschten_Hub-Rueckschlagventils\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Funktionsprinzip des geflanschten Hub-R\u00fcckschlagventils<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Damit die R\u00fcckschlagventile \u00f6ffnen, wird der Druck zum Zeitpunkt des \u00d6ffnens als \u201eTrenndruck\u201c oder \u201e\u00d6ffnungsdruck\u201c bezeichnet. Sobald der Druck auf der Einlassseite des R\u00fcckschlagventils gleich und h\u00f6her als der Flie\u00dfdruck wird, beginnt das R\u00fcckschlagventil zu \u00f6ffnen und die Fl\u00fcssigkeit kann passieren. Je nach Ausf\u00fchrung bewegt sich bei beginnendem Druckabfall am Einlass eine Klappe, Kugel oder Membran, je nach Ausf\u00fchrung, entgegen der Str\u00f6mungsrichtung und verschlie\u00dft die Blende.
