In order for the main valve to be able to open and close, there must be a minimum of 7 meters of water pressure in the existing network.<\/p>\n<p>Solenoid control valves are hydraulic control valves that perform the on-off function remotely using electrical energy in practice.<\/p>\n<p>It provides the control of solenoid control valves by means of a control device that can give an electrical signal, PLC control units or time relays.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Electric_Float_Level_Control_Valve_Features\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Electric Float Level Control Valve Features<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Since the structure of the float level control valve is very simple, its use also offers a great advantage for the user.<\/li>\n<li>The electric float of the valve is modular. It is easily mounted on the structure to be level controlled in the desired shape.<\/li>\n<li>Thanks to the electric float, the level control range can be easily adjusted to the desired dimensions.<\/li>\n<li>A simple control device is located between the main valve and the Electric float.<\/li>\n<li>Thanks to the ball valve on the main valve, the on-off function can be controlled manually.<\/li>\n<li>The valve operates completely hydraulically with line pressure without requiring any extra energy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Instruction_manual\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Instruction manual<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Install the valve according to the arrow indicating the flow direction on the valve.<\/li>\n<li>For ease of service maintenance of the valve, it is recommended to install isolation valves (gate, butterfly or ball valve, etc.) to shut off the water in the upstream line.<\/li>\n<li>In order for the valve to work efficiently, it is recommended to put a suction cup in front of the valve.<\/li>\n<li>Install the electric float of the level control valve with electric float switch permanently in the tank.<\/li>\n<li>Connect the electric float and the solenoid valve on the main valve to the control device in accordance with the voltage values.<\/li>\n<li>If the control unit is correctly connected, the valve will operate in the automatic position.<\/li>\n<li>Control valves perform the on-off function with system pressure. If the system pressure is close to zero during tank filling, the valve will not operate. Check the valve inlet pressure value.<\/li>\n<li>To operate the valve manually, use the relief ball valve, indicated by 3.
