PRODUCT RETURN / REPAIR FORM
If you experience any issues with the products you have purchased or if the products do not meet your needs, you may return them after delivery. The legally specified return period is 7 days. Starting from the delivery date, you may return the products within 7 days together with the invoice.
The conditions for the products you wish to return are as follows:
- Unused, undamaged, with all labels intact and all accessories included.
- Returned with the original invoice provided.
- A return form approved by Tekpa Dış Ticaret ve Pazarlama Ltd. Şti.
