What is Under Tank Unloading Solenoid Valve?
The inexpensive and reliable automatic drain valve (relief valve) automatically removes condensate from your air system. It has an integrated strainer to prevent clogging and saves time and money by eliminating the need for manual draining. With adjustable valve open and cycle time settings, all U-728A series relief valves can be adjusted to your operating conditions.
The valve opening time is adjustable from 10 to 60 seconds and the cycle time is adjustable from 1 to 60 minutes.
These relief valves are the most economical relief valve on the market. They use a solenoid to open and close a valve. UNOX timed solenoid relief valve would be the perfect solution.

Where to Use Under Tank Unloading Solenoid Valve
The undertank purge solenoid valve is mainly used in fuel pumping systems found in automobiles and other motor vehicles. These valves open while the engine is running, allowing fuel to be pumped, and shutting when the engine is stopped, stopping fuel pumping. These valves are managed by an electronic control system in the vehicle and are usually controlled by sensors and other electronic devices in the vehicle. Under-tank discharge solenoid valves pump the fuel required for proper operation of vehicles into the engine at the right amount and time. In this way, vehicles run smoothly and save fuel.
How the Under Tank Purge Solenoid Valve Works
The undertank purge solenoid valve is an electromechanical valve used to discharge a liquid inside a tube or tank. This valve is operated by an electromagnetic coil called a solenoid.
While operating the solenoid valve, an electric current is introduced into the electromagnetic coil. This moves a flap or piston inside the valve, increasing the magnetic field inside the coil. This action causes the valve to open and the fluid to be drained out.
The solenoid valve can be managed by a controller located inside the tube or tank. This device controls the opening and closing of the valve and determines how often and for how long the fluid is drained. In this way, the under-tank discharge solenoid valve makes it possible to discharge the liquid in a tube or tank at the desired time and in the desired amount.
