Vibrating Level Switch
The Vibrating Level Switch is a highly sensitive and reliable level sensing device developed for limit level control of liquids and bulk solids in industrial processes. It is designed for critical control functions such as high-level alarm, low-level alarm, overflow prevention, and dry-run protection of pumps in equipment including storage tanks, silos, bunkers, and process vessels.
These switches feature a probe or tuning fork element that vibrates at its resonant frequency. When the material comes into contact with the probe surface, the vibration frequency changes; this change is detected by the electronic circuitry and converted into a switching signal for the process control system via a digital or relay output. Thanks to this operating principle, false triggering is minimized when there is no contact with the probe surface.
Key Features and Advantages
